JEFFREY CHARTIER
Mr. Chartier began his career on Wall Street upon his high school graduation.
He worked his way up from floor runner to assistant floor broker on the Comex Exchange.
He attended UCLA and studied Political Science, Drama and Business. Mr. Chartier earned
his International Skipper's and Radio license while working on commercial fishing vessels
in Alaska on his summer breaks from UCLA. In 1988, he became one of the youngest captains
of the B.C. Packers' fleet in the Aleutian Islands.
After pursuing opportunities outside of the financial world for several years, he re-launched
his career at Morgan Stanley. In 1996 he was named Rookie of the Year at Two World Trade Center.
During his tenure at Morgan Stanley he became Vice President and won The Morgan Stanley
Dean Witter National Sales Directors Award along with other numerous awards for sales and
customer service excellence. |

Throughout his career at Morgan Stanley he raised over
$200 million, while also participating in the many deals Morgan Stanley brought public during
that time. In 2000 Mr. Chartier started his own financial services firm, Chartier Financial.
Mr. Chartier packaged the deal to bring Tony Curtis back to the stage
in the touring production of Some Like it Hot. The show made
stops at all the major regional theaters in the United States. Working
with the William Morris Agency, Mr. Chartier was part of the team
that helped bring the Tony Award winning, Russell Simmons' Def
Poetry Jam to Broadway in 2002. Mr. Chartier draws on his financial
background and his theatrical experience to package and secure financial
backing for all of SoHo Films' projects.
